How it works

Three steps. No cost to you.

You tell us about your location once. We do the vendor hunting.

Tell us about your site

Location type, headcount, and what you want — snacks, drinks, coffee, or a full micro market. Takes about 30 seconds.

We match you to an operator

We route your request to vetted vending operators who already service your area and have the equipment you need available.

They install and stock it

The operator confirms a plan with you, delivers the machines, and handles restocking, repairs, and cash collection from there.

Why it costs nothing

The operator pays for the machine, not you.

Vending is a product business. An operator makes money on what sells inside the machine, so placing equipment at a busy site is worth it to them — which is why qualifying locations get the hardware and the labor for free.

  • You provide the floor space and a standard outlet.
  • They provide the machines, delivery, install, product, restocking, repairs, and cash handling.
  • We provide the matchmaking, free, because operators pay us for access to locations.

FAQ

Common questions

Is this really free for my business?

Yes. You pay nothing for the machines, delivery, installation, or servicing. Vending operators make their money on product sales, so a busy location is worth having. Our service is free to you as well — we are paid by the operator network, not by locations.

How many people do I need on site to qualify?

As a rule of thumb, most operators want around 40 or more people at a location for a standard snack and drink setup. Below that, you can often still get service through a smaller operator, a combo machine, or a shared route stop. Sites with 100+ people usually qualify for micro markets and premium coffee equipment.

How fast can machines actually be installed?

Most locations hear from an operator within one business day. From there, typical installation runs one to two weeks depending on equipment availability and your building's access requirements.

Do I have to sign a long contract?

You sign nothing with VendingConnect. Any agreement is directly between you and the operator you choose, and most are month-to-month or one-year terms that you can end if service slips.

What if I already have a vending provider?

Switching is common and usually straightforward. Check your current agreement for a notice period, then submit a request — we will line up alternatives so you can compare before you cancel anything.

Can I get commission on sales?

Sometimes. Commission is typically available at high-volume sites — think 200+ people or heavy public foot traffic. Smaller locations usually trade commission for free equipment and service. Mention it in your request and we will flag it for operators.

Do you handle multiple locations?

Yes. Submit once and note how many sites you have. For multi-site rollouts we coordinate operators across regions so you are not managing a dozen separate vendor relationships.

What kinds of businesses do you serve?

Offices, warehouses, manufacturing plants, apartment communities, schools and universities, hospitals and clinics, gyms, hotels, car dealerships, auto shops, distribution centers, and government buildings.

Can we choose what goes in the machines?

Yes. Product mix is set with your operator and adjusted over time based on what actually sells. Healthy-only, allergen-conscious, and school-nutrition-compliant setups are all available.

Do you serve small towns and rural areas?

Yes — every ZIP code in all 50 states. Rural and small-town locations are some of the best vending sites in the country precisely because no one else is calling on them, and operators who run county routes are often willing to offer better terms to lock in a stop. If no operator currently covers your area, we recruit one for it.

What happens if a machine breaks or takes someone's money?

Your operator handles service calls and refunds directly. If an operator stops responding, tell us — we will re-match your location with someone else in the network.

Coverage

Every town. Not just the big metros.

Most vending companies stop looking outside major cities. We do not. If you have a building with people in it, we want it — small town, rural route, or downtown high-rise.

Every ZIP code, all 50 states

There is no coverage map with holes in it. Submit any address in the country and we work the request.

Rural and small town welcome

A 40-person plant off a county road is a great vending location. It is also the one nobody else is calling on — which usually means better terms for you.

No operator near you yet?

Then we go find one. We recruit operators into underserved areas, and your request is exactly the reason they take the territory.
